James Barlow has worked for Spec’s Wines, Spirits and Finer Foods for close to 15 years. He is currently the Southeast Texas Trainer and the State Riedel Sales Manager for the company. As a wine salesperson who tries upwards of 2,000 wines per year, he started this blog about wines he tasted throughout the year.
Currently he posts two blogs, The ‘Thirteen’ Picks of the Month and ‘Twelve Under Twelve’.
The Thirteen Picks of the Month is geared around wines of all price points and regions of the world that James has been enjoying.
The Twelve Under Twelve highlights 12 wines under $12 that James considers excellent values to put on your table.
He also uses this blog as a way to promote specific Spec’s events throughout Houston.
