I am extremely pleased to tell you all that I have found a sight to host the WINE 101 classes that I had previously cancelled.  As you know, I recently traveled to Bordeaux, France so naturally the inaugural class will be about one of the most famous and important wine regions in the entire world.  I will help ‘demystify’ Bordeaux by walking you through the regions, varietals, wine laws, etc… and give you in depth analysis of vintages, current and past, and probably a couple of cool stories I picked up along the way!  We will be serving select appetizers made by Pallotta’s Italian Restaurant!
