Are you ready to kick off the holidays with a bubbly blast?  Then join me for ‘Barlow on Bubbles’ at Pallotta’s Italian Grill next Wednesday, October 26th from 6-8.  I will be pouring 5 Methode Champenoise sparkling wines ranging from Franciacorta in Italy, American Sparkling, Alsatian Rose, Spanish bubbles and finishing with  a delicious Vintage Champagne!  I am extremely excited to host this tasting and promise you will enjoy some delicious food and bubbles while learning a thing or two about sparkling wine.
